Commercialization partnerships

Help turn a carefully built product into a commercial system that earns trust and revenue.

Nosce is not looking for generic promotion or a co-founder by default. It is looking for a focused partner who can help discover who should pay for the product, why, and through which repeatable path.

Discuss a partnership

What already exists

Nosce has a functioning invitation-only web product, a defined product philosophy, bilingual product and marketing surfaces, and an initial seed validation process. Product engineering is not the missing starting point.

The commercialization work to prove

The partnership should produce evidence, not only a deck or a campaign.

  1. 01Choose and validate one initial customer segment rather than market to everyone interested in self-improvement.
  2. 02Run customer discovery that separates curiosity from sustained need and willingness to pay.
  3. 03Develop positioning, packaging, and pricing hypotheses that match the product's actual stage.
  4. 04Test one or two acquisition paths that can be measured without scaling before the product is ready.
  5. 05Translate results into a clear continue, change, or stop decision.

A strong partner for this stage

The strongest fit is likely a hands-on operator with experience in consumer AI, subscription products, product marketing, customer research, or trust-sensitive personal products.

  • Can recruit and interview users, then turn qualitative evidence into a decision.
  • Understands positioning, pricing, distribution, and activation as one connected system.
  • Can challenge the current product hypothesis rather than only execute Rui's ideas.
  • Respects privacy, non-clinical boundaries, and the user's right to correct the AI.
  • Works comfortably with an early product whose most important result may be learning what not to scale.

What this is not

  • Not a request for bulk traffic, purchased lists, or anxiety-based conversion copy.
  • Not permission to position Nosce as therapy, diagnosis, or an AI that knows users better than themselves.
  • Not access to private seed-user conversations or production data.
  • Not an implied co-founder role, equity promise, or long-term exclusivity.

A practical starting point: a scoped 6–8 week pilot

Before a longer relationship, both sides should work on a small, written commercialization brief with clear access boundaries and success criteria.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Market and segment hypothesis

Map realistic alternatives, select one initial segment, and define the assumptions that would make it worth serving.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Customer and willingness-to-pay discovery

Recruit a small set of qualified conversations and distinguish product value from general interest in AI.

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Positioning, packaging, and channel test

Run one measurable acquisition experiment and one pricing or commitment experiment at seed scale.

  4. Weeks 7–8

    Decision and next commercial system

Document what changed, what remains unknown, and whether to continue, reposition, or stop the tested path.

Commercial terms should be explicit before work begins.

The default is a scoped pilot with written deliverables, data and IP boundaries, attribution rules, payment or revenue-share terms, and a clear end date. The exact structure depends on the partner and is agreed before the pilot starts.
